All-round Santoku knife from Diamant Sabatier’s Babiole range. With an extra wide, razor-sharp blade (17 cm) made from top German stainless-steel. Equipped with non-stick dimple for cutting meat, fish, but also ideal for cutting and chopping vegetables. In addition, you can easily pick up your finely chopped onion and garlic with this knife. Equipped with a beautifully crafted, robust handle made from acacia wood. Also, a very hygienic design due to the seamless finish. Made in France. Each item is individually boxed.
