Creating the right design
Creating the right design for you is our main priority. You are welcome to come and talk with our team where you will have the opportunity to discuss budgets, any ideas you may have for your wedding stationery and your likes and dislikes. If you are happy with the budget and would like to proceed we will then begin to produce a few designs to wow you with, taking all these things into consideration.
Orders of service
Especially for those having a church ceremony, you may want to produce these for your guests, with a running order of the service itself. These will include, the entrance of the bride, songs, prayers, readings, and exit of the bride and groom.

We needed a quick turnaround on our Order of Service covers and A1 boards for our wedding and Kall Kwik were nothing short of amazing. They were quick to respond, completely reliable and were a pleasure to work with.

The Reception - Table Plans & Cards
Let your guests know where they will be seated. We mount our table plans on to board which makes them suitable for standing on a table or easel.
For those with a sit down meal, you may want to give your table’s specific names, either a movie, flower, book, car or band name. This would be incorporated on your seating plan. If the guests don’t know what they are having for the breakfast dinner, it may be nice to have a few menus on the table. Table place name cards are also very popular.

Design consultations : What should I think about before coming to visit?
Before you come along to meet the team, it may be worthwhile taking the time to think about the following:
Your chosen colour scheme – your dress/suits/bridesmaid dresses, flowers and accessories
The style of your wedding – classic, vintage, modern, quirky, fun
The ceremony and reception – Church or venue, outdoors, indoors, sit down meal or hog roast
Your personality or shared hobbies – If you would like these incorporating into the design – artistic, old-school, classic, walking, cycling, travelling etc.
