In the first year David Burr saw an increase in traffic of over 400%. Since then we’ve been working on content marketing, email marketing, SEO optimisation and social media strategies and have pushed it up by another 250%.
The website includes integration with the JUPIX Property Management System to automatically pull properties on a very regular basis formatting them for the website automatically with SEO friendly URLs, titles and META descriptions to help be found in Google.
In addition to onsite SEO we’ve been sending property email alerts via our email marketing platform to ten of thousands of people a week. These are highly optimised to encourage a high click-through rate (CTR) and we are extremely pleased we get a click through rate over 5.5 times higher than the national average on every email we send out for David Burr.
With a rapidly growing audience coming to the site on mobile devices the site has provided a seamless user experience for buyers looking to find the property of their dreams.
