David Burr are an estate agent specialising in village and country properties. We have enjoyed a strong working relationship for over eight years, collaborating on various projects including their website, content marketing, email campaigns, brochure design, business printing, SEO optimisation, and social media strategies. 

We designed a modern website with a clean minimalist aesthetic that highlights property listings while ensuring an intuitive user experience (UI) on both desktop and mobile. 

The layout features large, high-definition video backgrounds on the homepage to create an immersive first impression, showcasing Suffolk & Essex in vibrant detail. Navigation is streamlined, with clear call-to-action buttons, enabling users to easily explore property listings, book valuations or contact their local office. 

With a rapidly growing audience coming to the site on mobile devices – we designed the site to ofter a seamless user experience for buyers looking to find the property of their dreams. 

Property Management API Intergrations

The website has two separate property software integrations – one for sales and lettings and the other for holiday lettings.

For sales / lettings the site is connected with the JUPIX Property Management System API to automatically pull properties on a regular basis and format them for the website automatically with SEO friendly URLs, titles and META descriptions to help be found in Google. All images are then converted to WEBP for optimal page speed.

In addition to JUPIX the site is connected with Hostify: Airbnb & vacation rental management software which loads the holiday let properties and online payment booking forms. The site is then protected by multiple security solutions and Cloudflare’s encryption security protocol.

Content & Email Marketing

We working with David Burr on a monthly basis improving their content marketing, email marketing, SEO optimisation and social media strategies to continue to push the website to new heights. Every year the website continues to gain traffic – with 2024 seeing over 2.5 million pageviews.

We send over 120k marketing emails a month to prospective buyers for David Burr. These are highly optimised to encourage a high click-through rate (CTR) and we are extremely pleased we get a click through rate over 5.5 times higher than the national average for the estate agent sector.

Our copywriting team write two dedicated articles a month focused on helping them rank in Google for localised phrases.

We offer more than just digital marketing; our Sold In Your Road postcards, also known as 20/20 door drop campaigns, play a vital role in David Burr’s marketing strategy. 

David Burr provide us with a postcode and property photo, then our graphic design team crafts personalised postcards that are printed and distributed to all neighbouring homes. The management team come to us for designing company-wide marketing materials including their corporate services brochure.
