Artwork Proof and Approval

Please check your proof very carefully to ensure that it meets your requirements exactly.

You should check every detail is correct including wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, telephone numbers, email addresses, prices, colour choices and layout.

We recommend printing your proof at 100% scale to review the actual size and legibility of your text.

This job is now on hold until approval is received. If the job is not approved or changes requested within 30 days we will invoice you for any work completed to date. If you are entirely satisfied, please reply with your approval.

1. CONDITION OF COPY: Once the proof is approved, Kall Kwik Bury St Edmunds cannot be held responsible for approved proof errors, including but not limited to, errors in layout, wording, punctuation and spelling.
2. ALTERATIONS: The initial price quoted included the provision of one set of amendments. Additional amendments will incur more time and therefore costs.
3. DIGITAL PROOFS: All artwork must be approved before being sent to print, using this form marked “Approved” or “Changes Required” and completed by the customer. All requests for changes must be made in writing when proofs are returned.
4. PROOF COLOUR: Due to differences in how computers display colour, the proofs may not represent the exact colour and quality of the final print.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES: Once this proof is approved Kall Kwik Bury St Edmunds cannot be held responsible for any errors which have not been indicated at this time. By approving the proof you accept full responsibility for any errors not corrected and understand that once the file goes to print you will be responsible for reprint costs if you later discover an error.
